1: Is the droning propeller mounted correctly? Let’s confirm.
DJI’s drones propeller has two types, black and white.

2: Check the propeller for breakage.
Also check the propeller for cracks and chipping, etc. have not occurred.
Also, since the propeller of drone such as phantom · Mavic PRO is made of plastic, it continues to use for about half a year and deteriorates over time, it will become brittle.
Since the strength of the propeller will also become weak, check it and let’s exchange it if there is a sense of incompatibility.

3: Turn on the transmitter and drone, and check whether there is any abnormality in the self check of the drone itself.
First of all, let’s turn on the power supply in order of transmitter ➡ drone.
(If you put the power supply of the drone body first, it is likely to do malfunction even in case of emergency, so let’s make it a habit.)
When you turn on the power, the drone will automatically start the self check.
Let’s check if there is any abnormality at that time.
4: Check the status of the GPS signal.
GPS signal can be confirmed in the red circle part of the above picture. The figure shows how many GPS are being sensed.
Let’s make sure that there are 3 or more antennas.
It is also desirable to sense more than 10 GPS.
5: Let’s check the transmitter battery level as well.
The one that tends to forget unexpectedly is the transmitter’s remaining battery power.
Let’s make sure that it is well charged as well.

By tapping further you can check the state of the battery environment.
If the battery temperature is too low, such as in cold climates, a warning will be issued. In that case, you need to preheat the battery, such as warming up the battery beforehand.
Environment such as temperature will work greatly, so let’s be careful.
6: Let’s check the HD screen.
Let’s check the interference status of the image transfer channel.
If most of the screen is “red line” as shown in the picture, it means “interference of radio waves is large”, so let’s refrain from drone’s flight.
Accidents crashing due to radio interference are also increasing.
Also, in case of accident caused by radio wave interference, the pilot often does not understand “Why Drone crashed?”
There will also be big differences in this neighborhood with or without prior knowledge.
Let’s check firmly on the HD screen.
7: Let’s make sure the screen is green.
8: Let’s make a compass calibration.
Regarding the frequency of compass calibration,
Do it every flight.
Follow warnings from the application.
It is done when left in the environment surrounded by metal etc. for a long time.
Although professional drone pilots and other pilots are also able to distinguish opinions, DJI recommends to do it for each flight.
If individuals can not make an accurate judgment, it would be safe to add a habit to make a compass calibration every time.
9: Let’s make the place where the compass calibration succeeded be the drone’s flight location.
10: Start the rotation of the propeller of the drone from the transmitter (Propo), and confirm “Home point has been updated.”
Actually launching the drones from the propo, there is a voice announcement “Homepoint has been updated.”
That means that the home point update succeeded.
It will be displayed even on the screen, so let’s check firmly.
